Best suited for groups who are familiar with working out but want more personalization & attention to form.

Small Group (4-5)

This option is great for small groups that are fairly confident in their weight lifting form & want a more personalized workout than offered in larger groups.

Price: $200/hour*

Virtual Coaching

A great option for those confident in their form but wanting more structure, guidance & accountability to their workout routine. Also a great option for those wanting to train with me but unable to due to distance!

Price: $75/45-minutes

Training Plans

For those confident in their form who want a personalized plan to achieve their goals. Can be combined with periodic virtual coaching for clarity on movement patterns.

Not recommended for those who seek more accountability in their workout routines.

An initial 1:1 session is required before selecting this option.

Price: $200/month

Nutritional Coaching

An add on for clients who are seeking guidance on their nutritional habits in addition to their current workout routine.

This option is only offered to clients after 3-months of consistent personal training.
