Hi, I’m Laura. I am so happy you are here.

I created Law of Movement to help people re-discover themselves through exercise.

In the fitness world, so much of what we do is geared toward what we look like. And in a world that is already so focused on looks, this can add to the stressors we are already facing. As someone who struggled with anxiety, fad-dieting, and inconsistent workouts/over-doing it in the gym, I saw huge changes in myself, physically and mentally, when I started practicing embodied workouts, and focussed on what made me feel accomplished and happy at the end of the day.

Embodiment helps the individual “check in” to the workout and be fully present. Instead of rushing through while thinking of everything that happened throughout the day and the task list for tonight, we are able to take time for ourselves and tend to whatever arises in ourselves as we shift our energy to the present moment.

My goal as a coach is to help people find their “why” for movement. To shift the fitness conversation from the aesthetics to the entire individual. To create a sustainable lifestyle change that leaves you feeling whole, rather than not enough.
